El Nevado Decaf

A complex and vibrant decaf from HEX Coffee Roasters that celebrates the flavor potential of the Huila region of Colombia.

Produced by smallholder farmers throughout Santa Maria and Pitalito, this medium-light roast layers stone fruit and berries over deep citrus and chocolate for a cup with remarkable depth.

It’s decaffeinated using a sugarcane-based EA process to retain the coffee’s aromatics and provenance.

Expect notes of raspberry, nougat, and lemon curd.
